This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (or the organization you represent) and Tiny Tugboat for the Dockli desktop application, including updates and documentation (the “Software”). By installing or using the Software you accept this EULA.
1. Licence grant
Subject to your active subscription and these terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Software on Windows devices for the number of seats you have licensed, for your internal business use.
2. Restrictions
- No reselling, sublicensing, or providing the Software as a service to third parties.
- No circumventing seat limits, licence enforcement, or security controls.
- No reverse engineering except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
3. Updates
The Software may update itself automatically to deliver fixes and improvements. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Software under this EULA.
4. Data & connectivity
The Software connects to Microsoft 365 on your behalf using credentials you supply through Microsoft’s authentication broker. Your use of Microsoft services remains subject to your agreements with Microsoft. See our Privacy Policy.
5. Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Tiny Tugboat.
6. Term & termination
This EULA applies for as long as your subscription is active. It terminates automatically if you breach it or your subscription ends; on termination you must stop using and uninstall the Software.
7. Warranty & liability
The Software is provided “as is” without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, and our liability is limited as set out in our Terms of Use.
