Terms of Use
Last updated: 1 July 2026 · Tiny Tugboat (dockli.io)
These Terms of Use govern your access to the Dockli website and services provided by Tiny Tugboat. By using the site or the App you agree to these terms. Your use of the desktop application is also governed by our End User License Agreement.
1. The service
Dockli is a Windows application that integrates your Microsoft 365 content into File Explorer, with optional AI features in the Spark plan. Features may evolve over time.
2. Accounts & eligibility
You must sign in with a valid Microsoft 365 work or school account and have authority to connect it. Tenant-wide use requires approval by a Global Administrator.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Dockli is licensed per seat. Plans include a free trial; after the trial, paid subscriptions renew until cancelled. Where you purchase through Azure Marketplace or Microsoft AppSource, billing, taxes and refunds are handled by Microsoft under your Microsoft customer agreement.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use the service unlawfully or infringe others’ rights.
- Do not attempt to bypass licensing, security, or access controls.
- Do not reverse engineer except to the extent permitted by law.
5. Intellectual property
Dockli, its logo and software are owned by Tiny Tugboat. Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation; Dockli is not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft.
6. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit our liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.
8. Governing law & changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here. Contact support@dockli.io with any questions.
