Sub-processors
Last updated: 1 November 2026 · Tiny Tugboat (Pty) Ltd. (dockli.io)
Tiny Tugboat (Pty) Ltd uses the sub-processors below to provide Dockli. Each one processes personal data only to deliver its part of the service, under a written agreement with data protection terms. Our Data Processing Addendum explains how we choose them and how we tell you about changes.
Current sub-processors
| Sub-processor | What for | Personal data | Where |
|---|---|---|---|
| Microsoft (Azure App Service, Azure SQL Database, Key Vault) | Runs the Dockli Web App and Teams app, the licensing service and Partner Hub, stores their data, and handles the forms on dockli.io | Account identifiers, Web App settings and sign-in caches, licence and usage data, partner and order data | Sweden Central (EU) |
| Microsoft (Azure OpenAI Service) | Dockli AI: generates answers and actions | Prompts, the text Dockli AI reads to answer, and answers. Not stored by Microsoft for training | Sweden Central (EU) |
| Microsoft (Azure AI Speech) | Dictation | Dictated audio, converted to text | Sweden Central (EU). Windows app 1.0.24 and earlier: East US until updated |
| Microsoft (Azure API Management) | Dockli AI gateway: checks licences and forwards AI requests | AI requests in transit; content-free usage metadata | Sweden Central (EU) |
| Microsoft (Azure Monitor / Application Insights) | Diagnostics and content-free AI usage metadata | Tenant and user identifiers, request types, action names, token counts; no prompts or file content | West Europe and Sweden Central (EU) |
| Microsoft (Azure Communication Services Email) | All Dockli emails: account, licence, Partner Hub and website emails | Names and email addresses, email content | Europe |
What isn't on this list
- Your Microsoft 365. Dockli works on your files, mail and Teams through Microsoft Graph, inside your own tenant and with your own permissions. Microsoft 365 is your service, under your agreement with Microsoft, so it isn't our sub-processor. Dockli doesn't copy your file content to its servers.
- The Windows app's local data. It stays on the person's PC.
- Tools we use to build Dockli (such as source code hosting) don't receive customer personal data.
Changes
Before we add or replace a sub-processor, we update this page at least 30 days ahead, except in an emergency affecting the security or availability of the service. To be told about changes by email, or to object, write to support@dockli.io.
