Extraction caps protect quality and cost
Dockli extracts up to about 48,000 characters of text per attached file — capped at 2,000 rows for spreadsheets and 200 pages for PDFs. Larger documents are still accepted; only the text beyond the cap isn’t sent to the assistant.

Limits for copying or moving files between accounts, sites or tenants:

Nothing extra to install
WebView2 ships with current Windows 10/11 and .NET 8 is bundled in the Dockli installer, so a standard, up-to-date Windows machine needs no prerequisites. Make sure the Windows Search indexer is running for local search results.
