The Cockpit (Web App)

The Web App opens on the Cockpit — your meetings, tasks, flagged emails and recent files on one screen, so you can start the day without opening four apps.

Last updated: October 2026

The Cockpit is the first thing you see in the Dockli Web App. Across the top: the date (with the local weather, if you allow location), a one-line summary of your day, and Brief me on my day. Below that are your pinned Skills and five cards.

The cards

Brief me on my day (Spark)

Brief me on my day opens a one-screen briefing: a headline for the day, where to start, your schedule, the tasks that matter, the emails waiting on you, and a short tip. It’s written by Dockli AI from your calendar, To Do and flagged email — check anything important.

My skills (Spark)

The row of cards under the date holds your favourite Skills. Click one to run it.

  • Add a skill: click Add, then choose from your own skills or the gallery. A skill is never added twice, and adding one from the gallery reuses your copy if you already have it.
  • Remove a skill: hover over its card and click ✕, or right-click it and choose Remove from My skills. The skill itself isn’t deleted.
  • All skills opens the full Skills library.

Keeping it current

  • Every time you open the Cockpit it fetches fresh data. If you were here in the last two minutes, it shows what you saw a moment ago straight away, marked Updating…, until the fresh data arrives — older data is never shown.
  • While the Cockpit is on screen it refreshes quietly every five minutes, and as soon as you come back to the tab after a couple of minutes away.
  • Click the refresh button (top right) to update everything now.

Permissions

Reading your calendar, To Do and flagged email uses the permissions your organization already approved. The first time you change something, Microsoft asks you once to allow it:
