The Dockli Web App is Dockli in your browser, at app.dockli.io. It gives you your SharePoint sites, Teams, OneDrive and Favorites, Ask Dockli AI, and the Cockpit — a one-screen view of your day — without installing anything. Use it on a Mac or a Chromebook, on a PC where you can’t install apps, or alongside the Windows app.
Included with your seat
The Web App uses the same Dockli seat and plan as the Windows app. If you can sign in to Dockli on Windows, you can sign in here — there’s nothing extra to buy, and your IT admin doesn’t need to approve anything new.
What you need
| Requirement | Details |
|---|---|
| Browser | A current version of Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Firefox or Safari, on Windows, macOS, ChromeOS or Linux. |
| Account | Your Microsoft 365 work or school account, with a Dockli seat. |
| Network | HTTPS access to app.dockli.io and Microsoft’s sign-in (login.microsoftonline.com). See Endpoints to allowlist. |
Signing in
- Go to app.dockli.io.
- Click Sign in and choose your Microsoft 365 work or school account. Complete MFA if your organization asks for it.
- Dockli opens on the Cockpit. Your sites, Teams and OneDrive are in the panel on the left.
You stay signed in in that browser for 14 days of inactivity, so you won’t be asked every day. To sign out, click your profile picture (top right) and choose Sign out.
What’s included
- Your Microsoft 365 files. SharePoint sites, Hub Sites, Teams, OneDrive and Shared with me — browse, upload (drag files into the browser), create, rename, copy, move, delete and share, view version history, edit details and use the recycle bin.
- Favorites and search. Pin the places you use most, and search across Microsoft 365 from the top bar.
- The Cockpit. Today’s meetings, your To Do tasks, flagged emails, recent files and tomorrow — on one screen.
- Ask Dockli AI (Spark). The same assistant as the Windows app, including attachments, email and Teams, and voice input. It always runs in a panel on the right.
- Skills (Spark). One-click routines such as Tidy a folder or End-of-day wrap.
- Finding duplicates. Scan any library or folder for identical and look-alike files.
- Opening files. Documents open in Office for the web, or in the Office desktop app through your browser’s prompt.

Settings
Click your profile picture (top right) and choose Settings:
- Theme — System (the default) follows your device’s light or dark setting; Light and Dark override it. Your choice is remembered in that browser.
- Autonomous Mode (Spark) — whether Dockli AI asks before changing files. See Using the assistant.
- About — the version you’re on, and a link to what’s new.
Security in brief
The Web App uses the same Microsoft 365 app registration and permissions as the Windows app, so your admin’s existing approval covers it. Your Microsoft access token is kept on Dockli’s server and never reaches the browser — the browser only holds an encrypted, HttpOnly sign-in cookie. Your files stay in Microsoft 365; Dockli stores only your favorites, settings, skills and AI chat history, in Microsoft Azure in the EU. See Security architecture and Data handling and residency.
